These guys are so fantastic!! They showed up on time, ready to go. They were friendly, helpful and respectful at every turn. We had Dale and Gurjot helping us move last week, and they were both really friendly and very careful with our belongings -- no damages at all! Dale in particular was amazing and quite experienced. James was great to talk to about the arrangements since the initial quote request -- which was answered quite quickly. Even when we had to adjust our moving date and time, and later when we needed to postpone the move due to the snow, they were very communicative and flexible. They were able to do our move a couple of days later and the movers were on time, really fast and efficient throughout the afternoon. I would use their services again and recommend to others.

OMB Movers are great all around, from start to finish! We were doing a downsize move that could have been more downsized prior to the move, so entailed 2 trips, even with the additional trip the move was completed on time! We had some awkwardly heavy items, large barrel planters & excercise equipment but they didn't have any issue. Staff were very kind, helpful, willing and worked quickly. I would absolutely 💯 recommend OMB!

If you want a usual run of the mill moving company, don’t use these guys. They are not what I am used to in a moving company. Super polite and personable. And most importantly…..they hustle! Alan and Navi from Ouch My Back Moving were our movers a couple weeks ago. They were on time, efficient and very careful with our furniture and belongings. They went above and beyond to get our sofa bed up the stairs in our new place. I didn't think they would succeed because it was too heavy and wide for the stairs. However, they persevered and made it happen safely. I really appreciate that they took the time to figure out a solution for us! Having used movers in the past which didn't bode well for our furniture, I was hesitant about moving companies and carefully researched Ouch My Back. We couldn't have been happier. Well, another worry-free move with Ouch My Back... This is the third time OMB has helped me with a move, and each time they've arrived right on time (or called to say they were running five minutes 😃 late). They moved each item quickly and efficiently but also with utmost care.
